Delivery
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment being made for all orders. All orders are despatched via courier and will require a signature at point of delivery. Unfortunately goods cannot be left without a signature being taken. In the event that the goods could not be delivered on the first atempt the courier will leave a card and we advise that you contact the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time at your earliest convenience. Please note that deliveries may be delayed over bank holidays. Any orders placed over the Christmas period will be despatched on the first working day of the new year.
Refuse Order
We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel your orders. In the event of not fulfilling your order we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right not to provide you with a reason of refusal.
