Terms & Conditions

1 Contract As with any contract, purchase or other business transaction all parties should ensure that they have viewed and understood the full terms and conditions of the transaction

2. Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Web Trader Code of Practice. We will never contact you via unsolicited email, In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 2003, This site does not use cookies, and we do not send random marketing emails (spam).

3. Security We have a detailed security policy in place to ensure that your data are safe, All transactions are conducted on our secure server and all of your data is kept on fully secure internal servers with full 128 bit encryption.

4. Right to refuse orders We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel your orders, In the event of not fulfiling your order we will offer a full refund, We reserve the right not to provide you with a reason of refusal.

6. Delivery If your delivery address is within the UK and you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us, and we will resend it free of charge. If you notify us after 3 days then there will be a half price charge for order to be resent, And If you notify us after 14 days then there will be a full price charge for order to be resent.

7. Returned In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Returns Number is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible, Returns are only accepted as long as we receive them within 7 working days, We strongly advise that a tracked delivery method (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery) is used to return goods.

8. Refunds We will endeavour to process all authorised refunds within 7 working days, Refunds will not include any courier charges and the card processing fee of £4.95. All items must be returned in the original packaging and must be returned to us in a resalable condition.

9. Your Statutory rights Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
